To ensure we continue to deliver exceptional customer service across all channels, we're are looking for talented Call Centre Advisors. Our temporary contracts will commence on 4th October and will run until the end of January 2022. As a Customer Service Representative / Customer Advisor at Signet Jewelers (H.Samuel and Ernest Jones) you’ll provide us with vital support responding to customer enquiries regarding; service, repairs, products and deliveries.

You’ll support our 350 retail stores throughout the country, this will include answering calls, emails, speaking to customers via web chat, checking stock and contacting suppliers and customers to arrange deliveries.

Initially you'll be required to cover shifts Monday- Sunday working from 9am until 5pm. From week commencing 21/11/21, you must be flexible to cover shifts up until 10pm (7 days per week) including weekends and bank holidays.

We offer a mix of office and home working as per our business requirements. Late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays will be worked from home. 

About You

Suitable Applicants must be experienced as follows:

  • Telephone-based customer service experience ideally from a Call centre / Contact Centre environment
  • Proven passion for delivering amazing customer experiences!

If you’re confident in providing exceptional customer service and responding to customers via e mail professionally this could be the perfect role for you.
