Working 16 hours per week: (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, either 10am - 2pm or 12 noon - 4pm) 

Please note you may required to work some Saturdays as and when the business requires.

Our Opportunity 
Here at Signet, we have a fantastic opportunity available for a Watch Estimates Administrator to join our busy Watch Estimates Team. Based in our Contact Centre, our Team receive over 500 repairs estimates a day and you’ll be speaking to our customers to see if they wish to go ahead with Jewellery or Watch repairs based on the estimates our experts provide. You’ll provide vital support to our customers, stores and our watch brands.  

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the role delivers a customer centric service, co-ordinating with internal and external functions to support stores, customers and client needs. This includes interaction with internal functions, third party suppliers and Watch Brands.

About you

  • You’ll be passionate about providing excellent customer service with previous call centre experience.
  • You’ll be responsible for calculating discounts and costs of repairs, so you need to be comfortable working with numbers.
  • Demonstratable IT literacy skills with Microsoft Office (specifically MS Word and Outlook)
  • Proven ability to talk and type simultaneously in this fast-paced role.
  • Demonstrable confident and personable communication skills with the ability to build rapport
