We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project and Design Manager to join our Property and Store Development team in Birmingham Store Support Centre.

Reporting into the Head of Store Development, you’ll be working in-house to deliver all Store Capital investment.  Overseeing all project-based activity, you’ll manage all physical areas of our 450 Retail Stores and 2 Store Support Centres. Partnering many stakeholders across our business and outside, specifically you’ll work alongside our programme management team and Supply chain to deliver internal and external project management for all physical investment.  As Project and Design Manager you’ll create conceptual designs whilst adhering to all brand requirements. Furthermore, you’ll manage external drafting companies and approved inspectors to ensure the best value is delivered to Signet!


** Travel to our Retail Stores and Store Support Centres is required across the UK and EIRE**


What you need on your CV;

  • Experience of a fast-moving, multi-site retail fit out, project and programme management experience
  • Proven track record in Supply chain management
  • Understanding of all relevant legislation and CDM 2015
  • Significant experience of AutoCAD 2015 or higher, ability to work in 3D
  • Experience of making local Authority Planning Department applications
  • Sufficient knowledge of Building Control requirements
