We're looking for talented and passionate Jewellers to join our expert teams across three locations:
- Repairs Centre - Birmingham
- Design Centre - Trafford
- Design Centre - Leeds
Whether you're an experienced Bench Jeweller, a Jewellery Repair Specialist, or a talented craftsperson looking to further develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
As part of one of our specialist jewellery workshops, you'll work alongside highly skilled jewellery professionals, using your technical expertise and craftsmanship to deliver exceptional results.
No two days are the same. You'll work on a wide variety of pieces, from restoring sentimental jewellery and carrying out intricate repairs, to crafting and refining beautifully designed jewellery that helps mark life's most meaningful occasions.
Key Responsibilities
Your work may include:
- Cleaning and polishing jewellery
- Ring sizing
- Half-shanking rings
- Soldering repairs
- Repairing hinges
- Jewellery plating
- Channel setting and rebuilding rings
- Bezel setting
- Re-tipping and rebuilding claws
- Resetting replacement stones
- Jewellery assembly and finishing
- Supporting the manufacture and restoration of bespoke jewellery pieces
In addition, you'll:
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting agreed service and production targets
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across our workshop and design operations
- Support the management team in maintaining the security and control of customer jewellery
- Contribute to efficient workflow and operational performance
- Help create an exceptional customer experience through the quality of your craftsmanship and attention to detail
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from candidates with jewellery bench skills gained through employment, apprenticeship, training, or formal jewellery qualifications. Experience in jewellery repairs, stone setting, manufacturing, polishing, assembly, or bespoke jewellery production would be advantageous.
Most importantly, you'll have a passion for jewellery, pride in your workmanship, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
